Chili isn’t usually one of my spring meals, but it hasn’t felt much like spring around here (we still have piles of snow from our latest snow storm). I always like to blog about what we are actually cooking and eating now, and now we are making Ina’s Chicken Chili. This chili is a crowd pleaser and the added bonus is how good my house smells from cooking the onions and garlic. It’s also a great occasion to use my favorite Pillivuyt White Soup Bowls - they're the perfect size.

It’s mid-week and my husband has worked late the past few days. A few weeks back my husband Brad and I decided to grill and take advantage of the spring-ish weather, so we hosted an impromptu dinner party. We wanted to kick off the season, spend some time relaxing, and simply enjoy an evening with good food, good friends and my very favorite Argentine Chicken on the grill.

It’s snowing again in NY and we have been in the mood for something warm, cozy, and comforting…nothing better than Roast Chicken. I use Ina’s Perfect Roast Chicken recipe as a guide and change it up depending on what’s in my fridge. This week I had potatoes and sweet potatoes, so that’s what I used and it was delicious!
