Cocktail – Signature Sip
Start the evening with a handcrafted cocktail made with Burnt Church Distillery spirits the perfect Low Country welcome.

Appetizer – Cornmeal Focaccia
Made with Marsh Hen Mill yellow cornmeal and served warm during the live demo.
Topped with heirloom tomato jam, whipped ricotta, and crispy country ham crumble – a perfect blend of rustic Italian technique and Southern charm.

Main Course – Carolina Gold Rice "Low Country Risotto"
A creamy risotto made with Marsh Hen Mill’s cracked middlins (broken Carolina Gold rice), slowly simmered with Burnt Church Distillery Carolina Gold Rice Whiskey and local seafood stock. Finished with butter-poached shrimp, charred sweet corn, lemon-pickled okra, and benne seed gremolata. This dish is a true celebration of heritage grains, regional flavors, and soulful storytelling.

Dessert – Vanilla Ice Cream with Grits Praline Crumble
Vanilla ice cream topped with a sweet, crunchy praline crumble made from Marsh Hen Mill grits, brown sugar, and toasted pecans – a sweet Southern finale to end the night.
