Meet Michael

I’m a food enthusiast that empowers my audience to shed their fears and insecurities in the kitchen to find their inner-chef demonstrating my mantra, “Life is hard, Cooking doesn’t have to be.”

Drawing from my early childhood spent alongside my Grandmother and Mother, growing our own produce on our farmstead in rural Tennessee; creating meals (the original farm-to-fork), I endeavor to share the passion I have for authentic, approachable, and delicious recipes. I bask in the process of creating amazing meals using quality products and ingredients that nourish both body and soul.

I love sharing my favorite cooking items especially my beechwood spoons from Cassandra’s Kitchen, my process and favorite recipes with my fans on my website, blog and social media. Looking forward to publishing my first cookbook very soon! Come have a Taste!
