It’s always so exciting when Ina Garten releases a new Barefoot Contessa cookbook and we are just thrilled that Cook Like A Pro features so many of our Cassandra’s Kitchen products. But the icing on the Chocolate Chevron Cake is that I got to attend Ina’s book tour speaking series. I traveled down to Bethesda, Maryland for a lovely evening with Ina in the company of her adoring fans and fellow cooking enthusiasts.
Fall always sends me looking for some good comfort food. As soon as the weather turns a bit brisk, I’m ready for fall cooking. A few weeks back I started with Ina Garten’s Spring Green Risotto. I know preparing this 'spring' dish in the fall may seem a little late, but it’s just super comforting on a cold day and EVERYONE enjoyed it (even me since it’s gluten-free).
