Can I track my order?

Of course! The email you receive to notify you of shipment contains a link to track your order. If you aren't seeing that, send us a message by tapping the chat icon in the bottom right corner.

Returns Info

Our GuaranteeIf you are not satisfied with your purchase, we promise a refund, credit or exchange.Returns & ExchangesRefunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To return your package please pack your items in the original packaging.

Many of our items are fragile so please be mindful of breakable items and wrap them carefully in the bubble wrap provided. Mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

SHIPPING

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. 

Standard Shipping
Orders placed by 10am ET will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order date, excluding holidays. Orders received after 10am ET will be logged as received the next business day and processed within 48 hours of that order date.

Items ordered together may be shipped separately. Please allow 5-10 days to receive your order, depending on your location.

We will ship backordered items as soon as they become available, at no extra shipping cost. All shipping and handling fees are based on the size and weight of your purchased items. If special delivery instructions are necessary, such as delivery to a back door, please provide this information to our customer service team when placing your order, so that your package can be delivered successfully.

Express and 2-Day Shipping
Orders must be received by 10am, ET for next day delivery. Backordered items on an express order will be shipped via standard shipping. Orders placed after 10am on Thursday will ship on the following Monday. Orders cannot be express shipped to APO-FPO addresses, PO boxes, and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or international destinations. 

International Shipping
For all orders shipping outside of the US the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”. Please note Cassandra’s Kitchen is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

In-Store Pickup

For local customers, choose in-store pickup at checkout to pickup at our Bluffton location. Please note, someone from our team will be in touch when your order is ready for pickup.

What are "good ingredients"?

Ina Garten is famous for her love of good ingredients.  The author of twelve New York Times Best Sellers, Ina swears by “good ingredients” and we do too!  It makes a world of a difference. Ina refers to "good" ingredients as ingredients that get the job done. Nothing wild or over the top - just your everyday, tried and true ingredients.

Preorders

If you ordered Ina's "Go-To Dinners", it will be shipping the week of October 25th. For all other preorders, please see the original product ordered for information on when they'll be shipping out.

Is the Flatware dishwasher safe?

Short answer, no. However, Cassandra says she places her set in the dishwasher and they turn out just fine! Here are a few notes:

  • Avoid long washing cycles
  • Open the dishwasher as soon as the cycle is finished
  • Do not leave them in the dishwasher for several hours after the washing cycle
  • When you take them out of the dishwasher and before putting them away, dry them with a soft cloth

Hotel Silver

How to care for Hotel Silver

We recommend washing hotel silver with warm soapy water after use. The more you use and enjoy the hotel silver, the less you have to polish the pieces.

When tarnished, we recommend gentle, easy-to-use silver polish such as Twinkle or Wrights. Both brands come with a sponge and are used at the sink with water. A soft towel is best for drying the pieces.

Where is Hotel Silver made?

European Hotel Silver is made in London for Hôtel by their longtime silversmiths who restore and make hotel silver for many deluxe hotels and restaurants in London and beyond.  With 10-12 microns of silver plating to withstand the daily use in commercial establishments. and a base metal of copper and brass.

Hôtel Silver Private Label is inspired by vintage finds from the team at Hotel's trove of vintage European silver from decades of collecting. Handcrafted exclusively for Hôtel by skilled artisans in India. Designed for residential use. These pieces have 3-5 microns of silver plate and a base metal of brass and/or stainless steel.

How does it work?

The more you spend, the more you earn! For every $1 spent (online or in-store at our Bluffton location), receive 1 point. For every 150 points earned, you'll receive a $5 credit.

Once you've earned 150 points, you'll be able to redeem your points both online & in-store.

Do points expire?

Points do not expire and are non-transferrable. Please ensure you are logged into before checking out and with the same email you originally signed up with.

How do I login and/or create an account?

To create an account, click the "rewards" icon in the bottom left corner. Once that opens, you'll be able to create a (free) Cassandra's Kitchen account. From there, you can earn points on every purchase (plus a few other things listed in the Rewards area!)

Do you have a storefront locally?

We absolutely do! We're happy to be located in Old Town in Bluffton, South Carolina. Visit us Tuesday-Saturday at 14 Promenade, Unit 304 in Bluffton, SC from 10-5. We'd love to see you!

We're open Monday from 10-4, Tuesday through Saturday from 10-5, and closed on Sundays.
