A bright, alcohol-free mocktail with sweet peach, subtle habanero heat, and zesty citrus, balanced by a botanical grapefruit basil non-alcoholic spirit. Refreshing, bold, and perfectly festive. Proof that Dry January can still bring the flavor.
Ingredients
-
1 jar RFK Peach Habanero Artisan Fruit Spread
-
3 oz Amethyst Grapefruit Basil (Non-Alcoholic Spirit)
-
4 oz your favorite margarita mix
(or make Regina’s made-from-scratch version below)
-
Lemon salt, for rimming the glass
-
Fresh blackberries or peach slices, for garnish (optional)
-
Ice
Directions
Add the non-alcoholic spirit, margarita mix, and one heaping teaspoon of RFK Peach Habanero Fruit Spread to a shaker.
Add one generous scoop of ice.
Cap the shaker and shake it like you mean it until well chilled and blended.
To prepare your glass, dip the rim into a shallow plate of margarita mix to moisten, then dip into lemon salt.
Strain the mocktail into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with blackberries and serve immediately.
Recipe Note
Regina’s Made-From-Scratch Margarita Mix
Yields about 2 cups—enough for four cocktails or mocktails.
Make this once and you’ll never go back to store-bought mix. It’s fresh, balanced, and keeps beautifully in the fridge for whenever your margarita (or mocktail) craving strikes.
What You’ll Need
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (about 2–3 oranges)
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 cup fresh lime juice (about 6–7 large limes)
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, orange juice, lime juice, and both zests.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar is fully dissolved—about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Store in an airtight bottle or jar in the refrigerator.
This mocktail easily converts to a margarita for guests who prefer one—just swap out NA spirit with tequila. Either way, the peachy heat of RFK’s Peach Habanero Fruit Spread makes every sip unforgettable.
