Granny's Corn Pudding

corn pudding recipe cassandra's kitchen

Granny's Corn Pudding never fails! I've been eating this delicious dish since long before I can even remember - and always enjoying it. This dish is incredibly easy to make, tastes fantastic, and doesn't take a lot of time! If you're looking for something to add to your holiday menu (that won't take a while to make), this it the one you should try!

Ingredients:

1 stick unsalted butter

1 package corn muffin mix

1 can of whole kernel corn, drained

1 can creamed corn

1 egg

1 small (8oz) sour cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Melt butter in a 9x14 pan and add all other ingredients. Mix well in the pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.

Comment and let us know if you try it! I'd love to hear what you think.
