2 packages of Athens mini-Phyllo Shells

4 Ounces of Goat Cheese

2 Ounces of Cream Cheese

1/2 Teaspoon Tomato Conserve per hors d'oeuvres

Finely chopped fresh green onion for garnish



In a mixer, combine goat and cream cheese and whip to a smooth consistency.

Fill a piping bag fitted with a 2D rose tip.

Pipe a small amount of goat mixture.

Top each shell with 1/2 teaspoon of tomato conserve, garnish with green onions.
