Ingredients
2/3 cup Cilantro
1/3 cup green onion
3/4 cup snow peas
1/2 cup red, yellow, and orange bell pepper
3 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp chili powder, dried
1 Salt to taste.
1 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted.
1 cup Miso Sesame Scallion Vinaigrette
1/4 cup Olive oil or vegetable oil, extra virgin
3 tbsp Sesame oil, dark
12 oz Vermicelli
Directions:
Prepare the dressing:
Put the dressing ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. You can get our Miso Vinaigrette here.
Cook the pasta: Put the pasta in a large pot in salted boiling water (1 Tbsp salt for every 2 quarts of water).
Cook al dente, according to the directions on the pasta package. Drain & toss with dressing, chill: Stir together the cooked pasta and the dressing in a large bowl until the pasta is well coated. Cover and chill for several hours.
Stir in green onions, bell peppers and snow peas. Garnish with sesame seeds.
