The Grilling Accessories You Need For Your Outdoor Kitchen

Entertaining outdoors by the grill

We are in the height of grilling season and here at Cassandra’s Kitchen we have learned from the absolute best. Ina Garten is a master on the grill. She keeps it simple and uses basic outdoor grill accessories when she entertains. Here are a few BBQ grill accessories and products to help make your summer grilling easy and have fun while doing it.

Pastry Brush

The Pastry Brush is a versatile barbecue accessory. Use it for brushing oil on the outdoor grill to prevent food from sticking or as a basting brush for things like BBQ chicken. You can also use it to brush olive oil or melted butter on good French bread before toasting it on the grill.

Stainless Steel Spatula

The Stainless Steel Spatula is a must have grill accessory. It’s perfect for flipping burgers or for getting delicious grilled vegetables off the grill. It’s also a great tool for serving. For a beautiful presentation on your outdoor table, use the spatula to layer bright and bold vegetables directly from the grill onto a simple white Oval Serving Platter.

Instant Read Thermometer

The Instant Read Thermometer helps make sure your meat, poultry and fish is cooked perfectly on the grill every time. It’s battery operated, so tuck it into your apron to have on hand when you need it in a pinch outside.
