Note: For safety and to prevent warping, allow to cool before cleaning or immersion in water. The sheet pan is dishwasher safe with a mild dishwashing detergent but the finish will change and darken. Pans will last longer and look better if washed by hand with hot soapy water. Strong alkali cleaners such as lye, soda ash, and trisodium phosphate may discolor the pan. SOS pads or 3M type scrub pads may be used to remove food buildup.

The sheet pans do discolor over time. This is normal and does not affect the quality of the product in any way. To remove discoloration:

1. Make a paste using water and a stainless steel cookware cleaner, such as Bar Keepers Friend® or Cameo™.

2. Apply the paste to the stained/discolored area.

3. Use a non-abrasive scouring pad to lightly scrub the stained/ discolored area. Scrub in the direction of the material grain. Repeat as needed.

Won’t bake without these!

These are my go to baking sheets. My cookies turn out perfect every time. Won’t buy any other. Believe me, I’ve tried. Don’t second guess…grab a few!

Sheet pan

I am a long time baker of 30 plus years and these pans are truly something I would have liked to have had
All along!
They are most sturdy and the food bakes very well and evenly with these.
They wash up nicely a little hot water and suds.
This pan is an extreme must have for the beginner and experienced baker.

They are NOT dishwasher safe as described above!

used my pans for a couple of years and was great with handwashing. The description says they are dishwasher safe. I got lazy and put two of mine in the dishwasher and they are RUINED. they are NOT dishwasher safe. I've been scrubbing for DAYS trying to save them. Description needs to be changed. If they didnt mispresent them in the description I would have given 5 stars.

Of course you don’t put them in the dishwasher

I never put any of my sheet pans or cake pans in the dishwasher. I don’t put my good knives or good pots and pans in the dishwasher, either. Just do the dishes.

Don’t Use the Dishwasher - But if You Already Did...

Thought I’d immediately ruined my new pans by washing in the dishwasher. It was tedious but making a paste with Barkeeper’s Friend and a little water and using a paper towel(s) to clean in a circular motion, I removed all the coating from using the dishwasher. (BTW, the same reaction will happen with a metal garlic press or metal KitchenAid bowl.)

Once i cleaned the pans, they’ve been terrific. I also use parchment sheets most of the time to make cleanup easier.
