Baked Brie with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Spinach

Baked Brie with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Spinach

(Serves 4-6)

 

Ingredients: 

5 oz brie cheese

1/2 C chopped spinach

4 sun dried tomatoes chopped into small pieces

 

Directions:

1. Remove as much of the rind from the brie as possible and cut into medium sized chunks

2. Place brie in mini cast iron skillet

3. Scatter spinach and sun dried tomatoes on top of the cheese

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring once to combine

5. Remove from heat. Serve with crackers or French bread
