This starter kit lets you build out exactly what your favorite cook needs, from the pans themselves to the accessories that make cleanup and storage effortless. Choose from our half sheet pan, quarter sheet pan, matching covers, a half sheet pan rack, and parchment paper to round it all out. Please note: items in your gift set may ship separately depending on availability, and could arrive at different times.

Standard Shipping:

Orders placed before 10 AM ET are processed within 48 hours (excluding holidays). Orders after 10 AM are processed the next business day. Delivery typically takes 5–10 days. Items may ship separately, and backordered items will ship when available at no extra cost.

Express & 2-Day Shipping:

Orders must be placed before 10 AM ET for next-day delivery. Orders after 10 AM Thursday ship the following Monday. Not available for PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.

International Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all taxes and customs duties. These charges vary and are not estimated at checkout. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We offer gift wrapping for $6.99 per gift. Please note, gift wrapping is non-refundable.

Our Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we promise a refund, credit, or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Returns for gifts will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the purchased amount, while returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We can send a label for returns and deduct the cost of shipping off of their return.

Defective Orders & Broken Products

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@cassandraskitchen.com with images and details of your order. Please do not ship any damaged items back - we'd love to assist you in getting this item replaced. Please note that damaged or defective items are not eligible for refund but are eligible for store credit.

Returns & Exchanges

Refunds for unused items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

To return your package please pack your items in the original packaging. Many of our items are fragile so please be mindful of breakable items and wrap them carefully in the bubble wrap provided. Mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below within 30 days of receipt.
