The Jura J8 twin opens up a whole new world of coffee pleasure. Capable of processing two different coffee blends, it provides a host of options catering to all tastes. Regardless of whether you like your morning coffee with a shot of caffeine and prefer to settle for decaf at night – the J8 twin can make it happen. This compact machine has been designed to include two high-performance P.A.G.3+ conical grinders. In addition to producing precise grinding results, they also feature an aroma control function that actively monitors the consistency of grind. Between preparations, the grinder remains in rest mode. This is gentler on the grinder, maximizing its service life while ensuring consistently delectable flavour.

The J8 twin can prepare 31 delicious specialties. With two conical grinders, the machine boasts maximum flexibility when it comes to creating tasty beverages. Every coffee is made to meet your personal taste, always freshly ground with your favourite coffee blend, strong or mild, regular or decaf. In short, it boasts the advantages of two coffee machines in one. The sweet foam function adds a subtle sweet note and thus opens up an entirely new world of taste. There’s no limit to what can be created, from the classic, simple espresso to the stylish Sweet Latte.

The Panorama Coffee Panel on the J8 twin is your intuitive gateway to creating coffee specialties. Precise and logical, this operating concept is self-explanatory. The sliders in Easy Mode also ensure maximum flexibility when adapting the specialties to the chosen cups. Assistance systems make operation even easier, while aroma control ensures the correct grind consistency. The Coffee Eye intelligent cup sensor ensures the cups are always placed under the correct spout for the specialty chosen. And, of course, cleaning and maintenance are also possible at just the touch of a button.

SHIPPING

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. 

Standard Shipping: Orders placed by 10am ET will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order date, excluding holidays. Orders received after 10am ET will be logged as received the next business day and processed within 48 hours of that order date.

Items ordered together may be shipped separately. Please allow 5-10 days to receive your order, depending on your location. We will ship backordered items as soon as they become available, at no extra shipping cost. All shipping and handling fees are based on the size and weight of your purchased items. If special delivery instructions are necessary, such as delivery to a back door, please provide this information to our customer service team when placing your order, so that your package can be delivered successfully.

Express and 2-Day Shipping: Orders must be received by 10am, ET for next day delivery. Backordered items on an express order will be shipped via standard shipping. Orders placed after 10am on Thursday will ship on the following Monday. Orders cannot be express shipped to APO-FPO addresses, PO boxes, and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or international destinations. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we promise a refund, credit, or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Returns for gifts will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the purchased amount, while returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We can send a label for returns and deduct the cost of shipping off of their return.

Defective Orders & Broken Products: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@cassandraskitchen.com with images and details of your order. Please do not ship any damaged items back - we'd love to assist you in getting this item replaced. Please note that damaged or defective items are not eligible for refund but are eligible for store credit.

Returns & Exchanges: Refunds for unused items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

To return your package please pack your items in the original packaging. Many of our items are fragile so please be mindful of breakable items and wrap them carefully in the bubble wrap provided. Mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below within 30 days of receipt.
